Jake is a fourth-generation Realtor and Auctioneer with KIKO. He grew up in Wayne County and graduated from Dalton High School in Dalton, Ohio. After graduation, Jake attended the National Aviation Academy in Clearwater, Florida where he completed the Aircraft Technician Program. 

After pursuing the trade for a time, Jake chose to help his family's grass-fed beef farm by accepting the farm manager role. He continues that work today by assisting in the daily planning, organization, supervision, and administration of activities on the farm. 

Jake has always been passionate about real estate and equipment. Starting from an early age, he worked auctions and loved helping and interacting with people. He recently decided to turn his passion into a career, earning both his Real Estate and Auctioneer licenses.  

Jake purchased and renovated a century farmhouse in Dalton, where he lives with his wife, Paige, and their daughter, Leighton. They love spending time outdoors and are looking forward to growing their family.
