DIGITAL MARKETING OPERATIONS MANAGER
The Digital Marketing Operations Manager reports directly to the Director of Advertising and Marketing
and is responsible for the day-to-day management of all digital marketing operations, overseeing
campaign development and implementation covering paid media, SEO, and email marketing fulfillment in
support of internal and external customers.
This is a permanent full-time salaried exempt position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute company marketing strategies via digital platforms to meet business goals
- Coordinate the creation and publication of digital content
- Improve web presence to boost brand awarenesss
- Maintain strong online company voice through social/Google platforms
- Utilize SEO (search engine optimization) tactics to improve traffic generation from search
- Liaise with Marketing, Sales and Business Development to ensure brand consistency in digital
campaigns
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Monitor ROI and KPIs and regularly communicate pertinent metrics concerning digital growth and
trends to Marketing, Sales, Advertising, and IT teams
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on these insights
- Management and maintenance of the company CRM system
- Assist with company-wide web development projects
REQUIREMENTS
- A good understanding of the principles and working of digital marketing (CRM, SEO, paid media,
analytics) - Knowledge of Hubspot a plus
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary digital marketing teams, ensuring a collaborative work
environment and a track record of removing bottlenecks and improving efficiency in day-to-day
operations
- Strong project management skills
- Capable of providing excellent customer service, strong reporting, and actionable insights
- Track record of using technology and data insights to help brands connect with customers
- A creative mindset, contributing new ideas and ability to interpret situations to overcome
challenges
- Ideally experienced in both B2B and B2C environments
- Creative problem-solving abilities
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Indoor, temperature-controlled setting with low to moderate noise level
HOURS:
Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
