Ryan Yoder is a licensed Auctioneer & Realtor with KIKO, specializing in Residential, Agricultural, and Recreational Real Estate, as well as vehicles, equipment and livestock. He is passionate about helping clients find their dream home, and he helps his clients transition through different phases of life by selling real estate properties and assets.

Ryan has been a licensed auctioneer since 2006, with licenses in both Ohio and Pennsylvania. He is a member of the National Auctioneers Association, Ohio Auctioneers Association, and the Michigan Auctioneers Association. He obtained his realtor license in 2011 and is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the East Central Association of Realtors.

Ryan lives in Sugarcreek with his wife and two daughters. He is active in his community and enjoys spending time outdoors with his family.
